If you want this player to get banned because he doesn't follow the rules,

Click Forums then Report - Reports - Report a player - Create new thread. (On the Forums)
Then report him with the following template: (Fill it out)

(Select the tag of the gamemode (Skygrid) then put the title: (xNewb griefing))

1. Your In-game name:
2. The offender's exact In-game name:
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it:
4. Evidence: (Here insert a video of xNewb griefing.)

Then click on Create Thread.
