I have the urge to declare my sanity and justify my actions, but I assume I'll never be able to convince anyone that this was the right decision. Maybe it's true that anyone who does this is insane by definition, but I can at least explain my reasoning. I considered not writing any of this because of how personal it is, but I like tying up loose ends and don't want people to wonder why I did this. Since I've never spoken to anyone about what happened to me, people would likely draw the wrong conclusions.

Help from somebody who can actually do you good, and not make matters worse.
I do not think you really should be talking about your personal issues on a forum, to people you don't even know in real life.

Go out in the real world and seek help from someone who knows, from someone who can mend the tears in your life.

Well... I wouldn't probe about what you want to do, but I trust that you're level-headed enough to make decisions for yourself, and I'm sure you know what's the correct thing to do.

Well, since you've clarified you're not taking your own life, then, I am at ease just slightly. However, I've heard that things are rough over there for you, but I hope you can find your own happiness and peace somewhere out there in the real world.
