I posted 25 things on threads. (not including threads I made) and I still cant rate other peoples things :L. what is happening? it didn't even give my reward or an alert! help!

There are some forum sections that do not give you messages when you post on them. If you click on your profile, you will actually see that you have 22 messages.

 

I think Off-Topic doesn't give you messages.
