Every time I have tried to get onto mineverse it says It's disconnected. It logs me in and everything but then says disconnected. I was able to get into play.hivemc.eu so I don't think it's a problem with my minecraft? Someone else asked about it on a (Mod?)s page but they didn't get an answer and I don't see any others. The vote site says it's online so?

 

Is it possible you are banned? This has happened to me when I was accidentally banned. You could also possibly try a different ip for Mineverse.

 

Mineverse doesn't support 1.10 clients yet, as it just came out today.
1.8 all the way to 1.9.4 is supported.

 

I see. Does anyone know when it will suport 1.10? Soon I assume/hope?

 

Well, I don't really know, to be honest. We haven't even fully updated to 1.9 yet.

I am thinking they are working on the EULA compliance before updating
