Since no one has replied yet I shall, what you need to do is email [email protected] with the follow information.

The rank you are missing
The servers you are missing the rank on
Evidence you bought/owned the rank

For the evidence just send the screen shot you showed us and the rest is self explanatory, email this to the address I provided once every 3 or so days
