- Email support
- Include screenshots as proof of your purchase (Go on other gamemodes, type something and take a screenshot to prove that you're a VIP on other gamemodes)

Cyp will take about a week to respond.

 

But are you VIP on other gamemodes?

 

I know this may be a dupe-comment, but if you have bought the rank using the MV webstore, and you're having problems with your donor rank, try emailing [email protected] detailing the following;
- Evidence (proof of purchase)
- Your problem - in full detail
Both the administrators have access to a payments panel, so they should be able to resolve your problem immediately, just email them when you can ;)
