Try seeing if your friends have skype/teamspeak? If they don't, you could help them set it up so they can talk to you. You might make a bunch of new friends where you're moving.
Lol how do you not have wifi. Literally you can get wifi everywhere. And if you have data signal that means you can also get internet lollllllll

I feel as you don't understand, I'm moving to a rural area with my grandma, my parents are in jail/on the streets. To explain better my grandma/grandpa (step grandpa) are splitting up after 25+ years. We won't have a lot of money and we'll have an apartment of two bathroom, two bedrooms, one kitchen and a living room (NO up stairs) We don't have a lot of money Herf and It's in a rural area there's not just "WIFI" where ever I go okay? I didn't ask you to post here so if you're gonna be negative just leave.
I've been moving a several times too, and it is pretty sad. I hope you will make much new good friends there.
