Should Players Get Their Stuff Back After An Accepted Report?

Hi everyone!
I have made a few reports, which they were all accepted. These reports are all dealing with in-game money and ranks. Many times, I have been scammed lots of in-game money (OP Prison), the player was banned or temp-banned, and I didn't get anything back that I payed, like in-game money. It would not be fair that we payed a player lots of money, they got banned for lets say 30 days, they came back, they still have the money I gave them, and I still didn't get anything back.
Mineverse should really give back stuff that players lost when they got scammed, reported, and had evidence.

Tbh, I don't think this is a good idea. This could be easily abused by players making alternate accounts, scamming themselves and ultimately doubling their money/items.

No support. It could most definitely be falsified. When you trade with someone, you are taking a risk. If you trade for ranks, you should definitely trust the person you trade with. Not just anyone that you haven't had dealings with before.

When you trade, you are taking a risk. Not only that, but people could use their alts and fake a scam.

Make alt, scam your main with it, main gets the stuff back from alt, main also gets stuff from server. No support
