Cannot contact Support - OP Prison

I'm looking for a way to report two glitched accounts on OP Prison to support. They happened after making a donation.

I sent [email protected] email about 20 days ago and received a confirmation email stating it would take 1 to 3 business days to send out a reply. It's been 20 days so far and not a word.

Does anyone know of any issues with that email address or is there an updated one?

Any and all suggestions would be welcome!

Thanks I sent a few so far. Don't want to over do it for it could be annoying when they get around to reading them...

Actually I cannot contact someone within the game. When in OP Prison the only commands I can type in are /warp a and /back. I cannot chat or issue other commands either.

I'm assuming I'm not the only one having challenges with contacting support?

Oh wow! One person handling the requests? That is not only great information but it does put a different spin on things. Thanks for the information. I have yet to hear from support (just went though my inbox and spam box just to be certain) but at least I know they (he) is working on getting to my request.

I hope I have not been overly doing it on trying to contact them. Its been over a month since I first requested help and I have tried to contact them about once very 8 days. Hopefully that is not too frequently.

For now, now that I know their situation, I'll hold off a little longer and see if there is any action.
