Neutral Stuff

    Is Neutral supposed to be that I will not help from what you see from applications? Or is it that you don't see me online? I am confused

    Neutral is when somebody is between support and no support. If they are stuck between supporting or no supporting you, they simply say "Neutral" because the amount of pros and cons are equal to them.
