    This isn't skyblock or other servers. A lot of mods would be trial, considering how many people resign and get promoted. This also creates inequality within the mods and can bring sadness upon mods. Let's say a bunch of mods get promoted at the same time and all but 2 of them become promoted and those 2 feel left out. Also, if moderators don't have the same perms, it requires calling in a higher up.
