Hi Ichidna here.Im posting this thread related to @Pile_of_Butts 's [Builder] Rank.But only its Helper rank. It would be great if a helper rank is implemented so that Mods Can concentrate more on reports than to Help the Newbies of the servers.This can be a job for the Helper rank to specify the rules and tips to Newbies of the server.Although Newbies can ask players for help.If the player is considerate enough to reply,but if hes not then the newbie will not know what to do. Helpers Can also be in charge of the 'Help' forum section. A little less OP then the mods.
The only op permissions that they could have I think is /mute and /kick, they are the 2 most suitable commands for this rank, but the person would still have to be very trusted as they could abuse their commands.
I agree But I Think The [Helper] Rank Should have /tp ,/kick and /mute Tp Because if there is a Problem he/she could Try and save the argument
If they have temp-ban they may as well have ban, and if they may as well have ban they may as well be a Moderator.
Their basically similar to a chat mod, but a bit lower in ranking, the command /tp isn't really going to help anything since they cannot ban and is a bit too op, only mods should have that command in my opinion.
And you also don't need to disagree my posts I would appreciate that you can simply tell me if it's bad or not.

Moderators don't got vanish. They have /god on some servers. IP ban I am not too sure about. I am going to change my decision on this, As I don't think helper is really needed what there is needed is Dedicated Staff Members that are Moderating 1 Server so you got a few moderators being dedicated to each server and then you got maybe 3 to 5 Full server moderators so that if those who are offline on the gamemode the full server moderator can go do the job. How it is now is where everyone is running all around and it's to clustered they moderators need to be more spread-ed out if anything and adding this Helper rank wouldn't be anything that great just hire the person to be a Moderator and be dedicated or be full server mod.
Completely agree, I really think that timezone should be a big factor in deciding whether someone should be mod cause there are times with up to 4 mods and times with none
if we did have helper ranks I would want to be one also I think helpers should be picked a few from each time zone because some times I see like 4 mods on prison in about an hour and then for the rest of the day none.
I can't support this i think the mods are doing there job fine. Also se got some new by the lovely pile ( @Grayson @ScoFu13 @BlueberryWaffle @Glaadiator )
