Infection - Support answer - Head Moderators

I finally received an answer from support about my levels, however I don't see how the answer helps me in any way.

"Please contact CypriotMerkz, Noobcrew or Head-Moderators {Pile_of_butts & Nanurz) in-game and we'll refund your levels."

What do i do now?

Just contact them in-game and they can help. I believe you have to be on-line for the levels to be re-added.

How can i find them in game?
I know about /staff, i mean how can i be online at the same time they are?

 

I sometimes see them on at about 3:00-3:30 MST time.

Im online now, and CypriotMerkz is online, he is at Archer PvP, im trying to talk to him but hes ignoring me, for real.

As everyone has said, click the threads given by @Reborn and @Auzzi including proof of your Levels and now missing Levels for them to be refunded back to you.
