Scamming is bannable, I don't think that rank upgrades should be bannable but I do think there could be a way to reduce scamming.
I was upgraded from Nothing to God Hes even making me titan soon, So no support im sorry, Some people can be trusted.
Simple answer to this: If you don't trust the person willing to do the upgrade for you, then don't go through with it. Be patient.
