I remember playing on another server that had the same issue. I don't remember how, but it's patchable.
Many people experienced this issue. Right now, Cyp probably has many emails regarding this issue. The admin team knows about this, as Tanner mentioned in another thread. I guess your best bet is to email [email protected] though it'd take some time.
