I accidentally bought a rank for the wrong account, which is my main account on a different server, I would like a refund of the rank if you don't mind, clear my inventory if you must. I meant to buy the Rank for pegasusfire5900, but accidentally bought it for StarBuilder64, which I do not use on that server. I would really like a refund, as I do need my money coincidentally at the moment, thanks, and best of wishes, Willam Romero.

 

I am sorry, but in the server rules it says no refunds or rank transfers.

Yes, it does clearly state that there should be no refunds. I'm sure if you contact Mineverse using their support email address, they should be able to take the rank away from the account you accidentally assigned the rank to, and change it to the other account you would like the rank to be on. That involves no refunds, just switching the rank over to a different account. The on,y problem they might have with that is that you will have to somehow prove that the other account name ACTUALLY belongs to you, so your not giving a free rank to a random guy

Just contact Mineverse support, ask them if they can help. It's not fair you spent some money that you may have needed in the future for a rank in MV. Seriously, I would contact them.

In the terms/conditions of a purchase you agree to a certain part that says, and quote:
"1) All sales are final and non refundable, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back."

Well, thanks for the reply, I emailed support, and hopefully they can help me, cause my parents are about to charge back, and I'd rather not get sued, or into any legal troubles.

 

I'm pretty sure you could get an Admin to transfer the rank to your account.

 

The thing is I don't want the rank anymore!

 

Well, you cannot get the refund back, since that would violate the terms and conditions but we might be able to get the rank to your main account.

I didn't like the name on another server so I bought another, then I just used my original on MV
