Here's an idea.Make the stuff that donors get unlockable for non donors.Almost every server has this,but MV doesn't. And remove the OP commands from MVP-Titan in Survival.It's too much.
What I've heard is that anything that can ONLY be obtained through donating isn't allowed (cosmetics such as pets do not apply to this). So pretty much all the kits are okay as long if you can obtain the items by normal means (like p4 on kit PvP). The only 2 game modes that don't really follow this are OP PvP and OP Factions, because they have enchantments in the donor kits that are not obtainable without the kit. Adding buy signs like the buy sharp 15 sign on OP could fix this problem. (What is ironic is that OP PvP is the least pay2win in my opinion).
If the server gets shut down it is only the owners fault for breaching the terms and conditions of the EULA.
The thing is MV isn't on the blacklist rite? So I don't think MV is following the Eula yet. However, it will be on the blacklist pretty soon, I think.
