Lost leavals on infection

Ok so yesterday I had 117 lvls. I logged on today with 98. Now I have 102 from winning a game and voting.
Here is a screenshot of me having 117 lvls. It says 114 in the picture. This photo was from a report.

 

I lost 50 levels as well, no proof dangit..

 

Everybody lost their exp levels i'm pretty sure.

 

I lost prestige 2 and when to 1 with 5 levels, and I don't have proof because I did not take a screenshot at the time and the next time I go on my levels were gone

 

Red went from p4 level 93 to p3 level 90 ;-; I'm lucky I just lost 13

 

I've emailed Mineverse support about the issue. However I only have proof of me being level 115. I was prestiege 1; CPL. This isn't acceptable. The staff members i've seen reply to these threads have said "everyone lost their levels" or "you're not the only one". I'm sorry but this information is not helpful at all.

I've sent proof to Mineverse support hoping this will solve the issue but it's still not acceptable to be told "you're not the only one".

This makes me want to stop playing due to losing the hard work. I understand it's only a game but people such as myself did work hard to obtain their infection rank.

 

Something happened to the infection save file... I think. They had to use their old save file but it got glitched, so we lost some levels

 

i lost all my lvls and my prestige lvls i want my lvls again please help us and Quertiss lose all lvls too i was lvl 37 and p6 now im lose all lvls and all prestige levels i want it again im crying for my lvls to get it again please noobcrew do some please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i never want play mineverse again until they return me my lvls

Aww. I never get reset. P10 is so boring. I have 1k levels and nothing to do with them.

rip 3 years working on that

 

I lost 13 levels, but Cyp said it'll be fixed.

 

Some people didn't lose their levels for some reason...
