I want to be moderator because I love to help players around the server and making sure that everyone is doing what they're supposed to be doing making sure they all follow the rules. Pretty much every server has those people that like to annoy other people whether it be spam, cursing, racism, hacking, etc. I am very good at telling those players to stop or there will be punishments. Example: Bob: bill is so bad at PVP he is horrible(and he keeps spamming it). I would say, Bill, please stop being rude to other players and stop spamming or there will be consequences. I am also very good with new players who need help with the server whether it be how do I get around, where do I donate, or where do I find the website. This is a simple task that any moderator should be able to do. Example - Bill: How do I get to survival games? I would say You click on the compass then you click on the skeleton skull. Overall, I would be known as the guy who likes helping and making sure everyone is enjoying their stay on the Mineverse. I believe I am qualified for this position because, I have had the past experiences with being a staff member on other servers. They always thank me for helping them moderating the players and making sure they follow every rule and not breaking one of them. I also like to take notes on how other moderators are on other servers because some of them are more experienced and I tend to pick up the tips and tricks when it comes to moderating player behavior. Because of this, I have learned myself on how to become a better moderator and staff member when it comes to any part of moderation, I know the proper way on how to moderate player behavior and give players the right punishment for the rule that they have broken. Like I also have different levels for punishing players for the rule that they have broken. If its something that isn't terrible but they still broke a rule, they will still get a punishment, because rules are rules and even if its something I wouldn't ban someone for, I will still respect the server and the rules that they have made. And last, I am always on the forums like I have said earlier. I put some time into the server, and some to the forums so there will always be a fair amount of time put into the server and the forums. I am usually on the forums for this server and other servers just scrolling down to see what is going on with the server, what other people are thinking, and other players questions. I want to make sure that there are always staff members on the forums so players don't have to wait to get an answer on their question/report or anything else forum related. Players will love the convenience having their question answered quickly so they can get back to enjoying the server! Even without a staff position I still love to help players and see them enjoy the server as much as I do. I will try to make as many players as I can love the server and play on it everyday. As I've been playing on the server a lot more than I did in the past, not only have I picked up what the mods do on other servers, but now I've seen what the Mineverse staff has done to moderate the server and how they make sure the entire community is behaving properly. So now I have learned the Mineverse's way of handling problems with players. How long can you be active on the server everyday? 4 hours a day. I can split 2 hours on forums and 2 hours in game. I am currently in the interview stage for my mod app on MCSG. I am currently owning a server right now, but I usually rely on my staff for moderating it. I am moderator on My friends server Which recently went down, I am moderator on this small server that got 15 players(Which went down), Developer on another server that got around 20 players(which also went down). They all trust me with my powers and they know that I know what to do when it comes to moderating player behavior. At times, they let me run their servers to help out. They all say I am one of their best staff members on the server. They always say good job to me when I deal with players properly.
