Introduction
Hello, I will be applying for staff because I feel after criticism and improvement, I am capable of being accepted. I am currently 14 years old, I live in Missouri which means I am in the Central Time Zone. I love to play video games and also play sports, I play football for my middle school team. I only speak English, though I am learning Spanish. I have been on Mineverse for about 3 months, although I joined the forums about a month ago. I hope to one day become a staff member and I plan on staying one.



Have you ever been banned?
No in fact I have not. I don't usually encounter mods but when I do, I am respectful to them. I have only been warned 3 times (spread out).




Any past experience moderating servers?
I was a Mod for about 2 months on Mineplex before I resigned and left for some personal reasons, So I am very familiar with the commands and responsibilities of being a staff member, which I will talk about later on.




How long can you be active?
On weekdays, I can be active from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The reason behind this is because I get home from school somewhere around 2, and I usually go to football practice and then take a nap before I get on my computer after school. On weekends, I can be on from about 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM. I can be on for this long because I tend to get up "early" and go to bed late. These timelines are not always, I wont be on all the time between these periods, but this is just the time where I can get on and off.



Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence?
I have Bandicam, meaning I can record hackers.





Maturity
I am very mature. I know Mineverse wants a good reputation and I know immature kids are not a goo reputation, so, I will be mature always. I will not play around and slack on the job, I know what it means to be a staff member, and I will not fool around with my benefits. In situation handling, I can handle them in a mature manner. If someone is fighting with one another, I will not fight with them, instead, I will hear both sides and sort the situation out to the best of my capabilities. I will not ban/mute/kick anyone just because they are better than me in a game, have different opinions, and other stupid selfish reasons to punish someone.





Mechanics
I know all of the commands that are prohibited for only staff members. I know how to properly use them and when and where.




Responsible
When it comes to responsibility, I'm your guy. I will always be responsible and not take my benefits for granted. In situation handling, I am independent and trustworthy, I will never lie and will always cooperate. If I falsely punished a player, I will always point myself out and unban and be demoted for it, because I know there can be no mistakes in order to become a good staff member.



Patience
I am a very patient person. Lets say a noobie to the server would like some information on where to go or understand the rules. I would always be patient and tell them everything I can, and if they are just slowly understanding, I will not get agervated with them. If someone is arguing with why I punished them, I will always take the time to tell them thouroughly and not just ignore them so they learn from their mistakes.




Kindness
I am also very kind. I would never be toxic with another player and I will always to the best of my abilities, be nice to every player on the server, for they have supported it. I always keep in mind to treat other the way you would like to be treated, therefor, I treat everyone as nice as possible.

Pressing Enter doesn't create your application, it goes down a line, you already lied once.

You can't even reply to quotes in 1 message, you triple posted.
