      • My purchased rank is/was: i was gonna buy VIP but it apears that i cant buy it ;(
      • My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: VIP issues
      • Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information: sorry i aint got any ;( my capturing evidence is broken.

      Have you ever charged back money from buycraft? That's most likely what the problem is.
