In the word damn, people may take it offensively for many reasons, including Religious offense: Meaning, they would be offended by you damning something. Regular offense: Meaning, they would be offended because you just damned them, and in a not religious way of thinking, you just cussed at them. Gay is because of all the raging homophobic people out there, they sensor this because it can be a very emotional topic for some people, maybe being gay has ruined their religion and life,so it only makes it worse to hear "You gay retard" or so on, and because you can use gay in a non offensive way, that's not usually the case.
What..? Support for everything, just not "gay". I see where you're coming from, but so many people have abused this word that we have had to resort to blocking it. Besides, you could always say "Homo-sexual". Whenever I see someone bypassing the language filter, for example they say "fk you" or "sh!t", I would reply back saying "Please do not bypmeep the language filter". I was really meant to say "Please do not byp the language filter". Then I have to be the hypocrite and say "Bypas.s*".. ;s
Support- I just think that gay and d*mn should still be filtered. You have to keep in mind there are little kids playing this.
