People's mod applications, can they be read?

I've see many mod apps being made but even mine isn't being viewed. I suggest that for administrators to promote people, they should read all the applications or some people won't have the same chance to get moderator in Mineverse.

Lol you cant make them promote ppl and it would take hours for them to read them all, theyll promote people why they believe the time is right. Lol xD

 

They probably have hours and hours of mod apps to read throw, so just give them time, they will get to them all
