My son cannot connect to your server

My son is unable to connect to your server. We have tried all the IPs that you have provided. They are not working. We did buy his account for 25.00$ which is a lot of money! My other children are able to connect perfectly fine. But he is unable to connect. Please with all due respect help us!

What server are you talking about? Is it the whole network or a certain sever within? If its the whole server then you probably need to email [email protected]

Im sure if you ask your son he will know another server IP. If not there are plenty on this site http://minecraftservers.org/

 

He said he can connect to them all. Just not this one.

 

Interesting. When connecting to the server fails, what message is given to you?

Best bet would be to triple check to see if the IP that is being typed in is correct or just wait on an admin/mod to reply as I am limited to what I can actually do, being only a user.

 

I have sometimes the same problem, if i turn a vpn on it's fine to connect.

If her other children can connect to it fine then a VPN shouldn't make a difference. (As they are all connecting from the same network)

 

Its easy, believe me

1) download cyberghost

2) start cyperghost :p

3) if there are ads, close they

4) select the country (button at the bottom left) i would take a server in the usa

5) confirm

6) push the yellow power button

7) now you need to w8 untill there are 'free places'

8) when its done it automaticly starts,

9) start minecraft

10) and try to connect

11) ! after 3 ours the vpn wil shutdown and you need to reload

Look for more tutorials on youtube, i hope it will work
