hi my mc name is xX_WezThePro_Xx . yesterday i bought a supreme rank and it didnt come through. i waited 5 mins on the server and nothing i quited and came back and nothing i really need help. And after i bought the rank i logged out. this is my evidence. Did the money get taken out of your bank account? If so email [email protected] and tell them of your issue. You should receive the rank in a couple days.
@wesley watts @ProShrekter did u use PayPal? If so check your PayPal transaction history if you don't see anything new like ur rank than it didn't go through otherwise check ur bank history also email [email protected] for more help.
Hi there. Please contact: [email protected] with all your donator problems. Please note, if this is a fake image, and you are attempting to get a rank out of it, then they will find out almost immediately, and it most likely won't be tolerated. The reason I am suspicious is because normally, you would ask for a refund, and anybody can access this page, and you even hyperlinked it to the image (http://shop.mineverse.com/checkout/complete#). As @lightgx4764 said, if you could send a picture of your payment transaction history, that would be a little more helpful, than this page that anyone can access. However, there is no point uploading these proof of purchase images here, as the owners would prefer you to send all the evidence you have, and the issue you are facing to [email protected] Again, if you are trying to get a free rank out of this (not saying you are) I suggest you have this thread closed, as the owners can open a 'Payments' tab on the donation service, and find out who has and hasn't donated.
