I'm glitched in Op Prison and my friend is too. RoyalBlueRanger - Myself FlyingHorseRider - Friend who does not have a forums account and cannot post Basically we both are glitching in OP Prison where we cannot sell anything at spawn and our level [a] is not being displayed online when we use chat. Our "rank cost" is blank and there is no way we can find to figure out how to get beyond "a" block. For myself when I have been voting I have not been getting any voter keys within OP Prison either. I think what did this is that I purchased "sponsor" ranks for both of us, 'then' we joined OP Prison for the first time. A few other players pointed out that we are both glitched and that we need to contact support. Is this forum sufficient or do we need to email someone in support. If we do, could someone please provide the email address? I saw it somewhere online the other day but cannot find it now (did not look too well). Is there any other information that is needed? Yes you do need to email them, the email is [email protected] and provide proof of no A rank and all this. You should get a response within a week
Ok... Thanks everyone! I sent a message to [email protected] and included a screenshot that shows that we both have no [a] level on our chat or the on screen rank.
