I would like to be accepted into the staff body as a Moderator because I will introduce new and extraordinary ideas to the server. I will contribute to the prosperity of the server by applying all of my knowledge to the server and community. I will also manage the website and the server (such as reviewing staff applications, etc). I have been with vanilla Minecraft through its Alpha stages and its heavy modding. If I am accepted I will strive to do my best as a Moderator and you will not regret your decision. I do not procrastinate, I am always in a cheerful mood, and my mind is always open to new possibilities, ideas, and opinions. I hope that I will make a valuable asset to Mineverse and that I will exceed your expectations of me. My strong point is most likely my vast knowledge. Through all of my years of being staff on five different servers I was exposed to an infinite knowledge. I have learned so many things about how to run servers, what is requires to keep a successful server running, and what is takes to build a strong community out of different people. Owners and fellow staff members have guided me through the steps of keeping a successful job as a staff member, and I am eager to show you all what I have learned. I use my custom philosophy that I integrate into my gaming and daily life: always strive to exceed people's expectations. In daily life, this means always double-checking in school to see if there is extra credit, studying, and working hard to ensure that I succeed in life. In gaming, this means I am very active on forums and always be updated on the latest news, and to put other people's demands before mine and to help everybody in need if they are struggling with a problem. Through all my years of being a staff member, I have developed an effective and successful system that I call my four-step warning system. First warning is a verbal warning, second warning is a 24-hour mute, third warning is a 3-day temporary ban, and finally the last warning is a permanent ban. If the server is having problems then I will ensure that it is a problem that I will be able to handle, and if it is then I will investigate it, detect its source, and if necessary terminate it. If there is a problem that arises that I can solve then I will solve it using the best judgement available to me.
