You will not be repayed the McMMO levels that you've lost, the only way you can get them back is by changing your name back to the name which previously had the McMMO levels.

Yes, you can only change it back. Cyp can't do anything about that. So I guess you'd have to choose. I'm sorry but that's all we can help you with.

Change your name back. Since op factions runs the old mcmmo update, the mcmmo only sticks to the name, not uuid.
