• Never seen you in-game/forums (although this could easily be timezone differences)
• No reports
• Add more detail
• Change the colors, it is hard to read with every section a different color. Maybe put the question in color and leave your response(s) in black.
• Fix spelling/grammatical errors
• Don't capitalize the first letter of each word.

Look at some accepted applications to see what else you should do to improve. Work on all of these things and I'm sure myself and all the others who no-supported/neutraled will reconsider.
