Remove The Spam Prevention On Parkour

Please remove the spam prevention on Parkour.
We can't warp twice in a row. We have to do /warp xxiv and then do /warp xxiV and keep switching.
Anyone who is on floor2+ can tell you how annoying it is.

It gets annoying, and would be easier, isn't overly needed though
