That SpeedTest is probably from a Server center or a RDP server. I had a few RDP's that have ran 900.00 Mb/s down and around 500.00 Mb/s up with like 1 to 10 ms ping. It just depends on what type of server center they have and how fast they are making it go as there is limitations for speed.
