Hello guys, I am Aiiii I am an Elite rank, and I need a staff help. when I join OP Prison it doesn't show that I am an Elite, while in other games like Skywars and the others my friends can see me as an Elite. So if an Admin or Higher Rank may help me and give me my Elite Rank in OP prison that would be great.

 

If you're ranks missing you have to email support at [email protected] and explain your issue, your rank, ign, transaction id.

ok I'm sorry if i write this here but i am a God rank Last time and my IGn name was LittleHansel after my account got hacked i feel very sad because i spend so much money on this server i hope someone will help me if i don't get my rank back its fine and my alt also known as my current alt is elnathanking i hope someone will do something about this and i think that it is really unfair but if no one wants to help so be it
