Why is everybody a Mod?

I looked and I saw I was a mod so I'm like, I must have been accepted, but I looked and there were no other comments, so I went and looked in the mod apps and EVERYBODY WAS A MOD!? WTFTFTFTFTTFTFTTFTFTFTFTTFTFTF BOOM. THIS FORUMS JUST GOT BLOWN UP. This needs to be fixed.
