Hello everyone, Introduction- Hello everyone my name is Jayden, I am 14 years of age and Minecraft is my most favourite game that I spend my time on when i'm bored. Other than that, some of my hobbies are: playing soccer, cricket, watching television, and browsing youtube. Please read until the very end as there may be more important things. Also, I only reccently joined the Mineverse forums (around two months ago) and since then I have been and will be very active and that is something that I promise. My timezone- The timezone I am currently in is UTC+10:00 in the Australian Eastern Time Zone Where do you live? I live in Sydney, Nsw, Australia, towards the very east (along the coast of Nsw). I believe there are not many mods in this timezone, so I would be on at a effective time when there are not many mods on. How old are you? I am 14 years of age (as mentioned above) and I believe I am at a mature age level to be moderating servers such as Mineverse. What is your IGN (In game name) My in game name is currently xX_illUsi0nZ_Xx and i will not be planning to change it any time soon. I will be honest, and i believe it is the right thing to do, my name used to be be IDontFukWithU which is a immature name. I completely regret this shameful incident and I assure you it will not happen again What languages do you speak? I can speak and understand very fluent English, my vocabulary is at a very high level. I can speak an extra language which is called Farsi, it is the language used in Afghanistan. I am very fluent with this and will be able to communicate and interact with these two languages very clearly. For those speaking other languages, i can still try my best to do what I can to help them. What software(s) of recording/taking screenshots do you have? Quicktime media- This is my main app for recording/taking screenshots. I personally like this as it is very easy to use. Fraps- Fraps is my 2nd option in terms of recording/taking screenshots, again it is very easy to use and is one of the best and preferred right now. Screenshots can be easily taken via the F2 key on my Macbook pro. Where do you live? I currently live in the country Australia, in the state New South Wales, in the city Sydney. It is located in the southern hemisphere. How long have you been playing Mineverse? Mineverse has been my most favourite server in all of my Minecraft career. I would like to say that it is a beautiful server with not many hackers ruining the game for everyone. I have been playing it for two years now, I started playing it in May, 2014. I started playing Minecraft 4 years ago. Have you ever been banned on Mineverse? I have been banned twice on Mineverse, both of them being for glitching in the game mode Skywars. I was buying items from the shop using the command /shop : I was doing so while in the lobby. I have totally regretted this incident ever since and I do not intend of doing so again, in fact, I want it to be patched so it doesn't happen again. I learn my lesson, I was wasting my money and it wasn't doing any good. Neither for them nor for me. So please forgive me for this. How long can you be active on the server everyday? Monday: 2-3 hours from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm Tuesday: 2 hours from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Wednesday: 2 hours from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday: 1 hour from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm Friday: 2 1/2 hours from 5:00 pm until 6:30 pm Saturday: 4 hours from 11:00 until 3:00 pm Sunday: 1 hour 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm Do you have any past experience as a mod? I do not have any past experience as being an actual mod although I have told people not to be rude and mean etc. I have not had the major qualities of a mod, for example, /ban and /mute. Basic knowledge of commands for mods These are some of the commands I am familiar with: /ban (used to ban people either temporarily or forever). /mute (used to make a person not be able to talk either forever or temporarily). /kick (player name) this is used to temporarily kick a player from the game. /unban (player name) used to un ban someone who has been banned wether it is temporary or permanent. Traits: 1. Caring- If someone is being bullied or someone (someone is being mean to someone else) then i will step up and help the ones in need, and tell them (the cruel ones) that they are behaving very badly and that they should stop or it would be a very bad consequence for them. 2. Un-biased- This is something that I think is very important for a mod, it is one of the must qualities for a mod, for they cannot back up their friend(s) in a situation where it is right to not back them up. This very often happens in life just because of someone is their friend. You have to be honest and do the right thing, the thing that is right for both their friend and the other person. 3. Strict- Being strict should be forced into a mod and I already have this quality. The quality of not letting one pass by when doing something bag so easily. Strict ensures that the players learn their lesson and they do not attempt that action that was bad again. 4. Resilient- Being resilient means to not give up in what you are doing, and I will fulfill this trait. Whatever good things I am doing, I will be resilient, i will not give up. And indeed this quote is right and I believe in it- If you feel like giving up, just look back on how far you've come already. 5. Fast typer- I think I am a fast typer and thus I will be able to reply back to a person or fill in a report fast. In game this can help me by interacting with people faster so that they don't just run away and get to hear the full thin that I am saying. 6. Good with the forums- I know all the sub-topics in the forums and their meaning and uses. This will help me understand what I am doing and how to do it. 7. Respectful- If someone has their own opinions then I will respect them and their ideas, I will not make fun of them just because they have a different reason or way of doing things. It doesn't matter if your different. And indeed, it doesn't matter what you look like on the outside, it's what's on the inside that counts. 8. Maturity- I am a mature person who will take care of others and guide them to the right path, to be a good and nice person, not to be mean. I am at the age of 14 which means I am in my teenager age. I can be responsible for my actions and begin helping others as well. Why do you think you should become a mod? Becoming a mod is my dream, to make sure the server is nice and clean and there is no bullies on. People will follow the rules and everyone will be happy. I am not doing this to be a mod and be able to have good commands, but because it's the right thing to do. To help others in need, to be helpful, nice, caring. To not be mean or unfair just because someone isn't my friend. The point of this is that I want to guide people to be and stay a nice, kind, caring person. So that then they can also teach other people this and then it will spread. All my traits that I have stated also reflect upon this so please do take a look. Conclusion I would like to say thank you for all of you for reading this and that I will be more active on the forums. In the end we only regret the chances we didn't take, so this is one that I will step up for and really try to get this position, to guide those into the right path. Neutral. As a new member you should be very active/experience on forums & in-game. You should add more information for people to be convinced. You said this 2 times in your app. We don't have to memorize on where you live. Good luck!
