Since Monday, my group and I planned what we need for this week for pastries and from Tuesday to Thursday, we made the pastries and then assembled it to Assorted pastries in a box. Here's mine: 4 cream puffs, 2 eclairs and 2 strawberry mousse fond cake slices. My family and I got to eat it together and they said it was delicious :D Next week: all about cake making and decorating (Boston cream cake, Black Forest, birthday cake, carrot cake, etc.)
