The best thing you can do is email [email protected] with your old and new IGN (If you ever did change your name), the problem, and proof of your purchase. They will come back to you ASAP, but make sure to bump your email by simply commenting "bump" on the email, so it stays on top of the queue.

Okay, I now got the rank in the Hub, but not in all servers? Like for example I have now VIP in factions, but not in Survival..

 

It might spread to other servers, maybe wait a while?

 

Email [email protected] show proof of rank if you have screen-shot in-game or proof of purchase if you used paypal, login to your account and find where you purchased the rank and take a screenshot of it.

 

Go on Kit PvP and try to fix your rank by finding the sign that says VIP and clicking on it. Otherwise email [email protected] with proof.
