Rank Not Transfering

I bought elite and it hasn't came it charged my dads credit card and it still hasn't came can Someone plz fix this.

 

If you can't fix this can I have my $10 From upgrading?

 

Do you have proof of buying it and also did you write your name correctly including capitals?

 

I also bought upgrade to sponsor today and it does not seem to have loaded. I have email confirming purchase and saying to contact server administator if not working in 5 or 10 mins. Here is copy of confirmation email
