It takes a hour for the cape to register, if it doesnt work by tomorrow try emailing [email protected] and tell them about your issue.
This is a current issue you can email cyp at [email protected] about your issue and he may reset your package which may or may not work. But this is currently an issue for a lot of users which is being dealt with just have to be patient!
Make sure to email [email protected] Use the basic template to explain the issue going on and it should be resolved within the week ;)
