I'd suggest reading other threads before posting. This has been posted numerous of times already.. Contact [email protected] this is a technical issue that can only be fixed by the owners. Tell your problem and you will be given a reply back 1-2 days! All they can do is reset your package and "hope" That it works for you.. This is still an on-going issue that is being fixed and dealt with.
