My cape is not working and I need help.

 

Contact their email and make sure to follow the template.

They usually respond in one day.

 

I'd suggest reading other threads before posting. This has been posted numerous of times already..

this is a technical issue that can only be fixed by the owners. Tell your problem and you will be given a reply back 1-2 days! All they can do is reset your package and "hope" That it works for you.. This is still an on-going issue that is being fixed and dealt with.
