[OP Prison] Add a new rare item to OP Prison

Having the same old rares on OP Prison is getting boring, we need something new (well, I need something new, I got too many rares!). I'm thinking we add Sponges. Sponges look funny, and I think they should be added to the world of OP Prison. Just to make OP Prison more exciting, I think we should have another new rare item.

I'm pretty sure someone's going to be able to get it into the game anyway; that's how any of the rares nowadays are here.
