so i upgraded from sponsor to god but it stopped at elite i dont know what happend, and i am really sad because my money is gone now, i bought it a couple of days ago and i still did not get the [God] rank, please help me. thank you. ~whitettiger (i already send 2 e-mails with this to support@... but they dont respond

 

Why do you think there are Premium -> Sponsor -> VIP -> MVP -> Elite -> Supreme -> God -> Titan when your at the shop? You suppose to upgrade Sponsor to VIP etc. until you reach God. It uses your money to upgrade to VIP -> MVP -> Elite probably. I'm not quite sure.

 

i did upgrade from sponsor to vip to mvp to elite and then i wanted to upgrade to supreme, it said complete, then i did god it said complete, but the last 2 ranks i did not get. thats what happend

 

Any chance you could gather proof of the paypal purchase then toss an email to [email protected]?

Also, you could send it to Cypriot here on the forums, but he is usually pretty busy.

 

To be honest but you have been elite for almost 2 weeks and you maybe faking this...

 

i used paysafecard, thats how i pay in my country, no credit card, codes that are worth money

Just give Cypriot your receipt/transaction code.

 

You should you upgraded Sponsor to God. Be more specific next time.

 

You need to send the receipt of you purchasing God to the owner or the co owner.
