I'm now premium.
My titan rank was removed on all servers after i resigned and i'd love to get it back

Just have pile mag cyp about it, you should get it back in a day or two.

 

I was a non-ranker and got Premium after my resignation. Apparently, your rank is downgraded/upgraded to premium to overwrite the moderator permissions that you have, via Buycraft. You just have to contact [email protected] and it will be alright.
Though, 1 day after your resignation, you were caught hacking and banned, and you were also showing disrespect and started trash talking towards the server and it's staff. So really, do you deserve your rank?

Email [email protected] with proof you had the rank before. Within a couple of days they should reply with a solution. Hope this helped :D

 

Well, you actually have to log onto every game mode first, and then msg Pile about it.
Otherwise, you won't get it.

 

No actually, your rank is changed to Premium to overwrite the moderator perms given to you via Buycraft. After the perms are gone, you email [email protected] to get your original rank back.

I did never hack before or after the promotion, I was recently unbanned because of the false ban.

Can a moderatoe lock this? Issue is solved.
