• My purchased rank is/was:It was a Upgarde from God to Titan, and yes I do have God rank.
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: Did not receive God to Titan upgrade.

What you would need to do is email [email protected] with this screenshot, your IGN and the purchased rank you didn't receive. I hope this helped. Nitro~

 

You should email: [email protected] . They will answer your mail after a few days.

 

Email: [email protected] stating your donor issue, and wait patiently for a reply.
Also, sometimes the transaction can take a while to go through. Check again later, and if your problem still pursues then go forward with emailing [email protected]

 

Why can't they just give back my purchase through this? I already sent [email protected] a email and it's been 3-4 Days since then, and I thought that I could get it through here.
