Neutral, a good amount of the time people join the forums just to create a application. If they aren't able to do it as soon as they make a account they will end up leaving the forums. In my opinion we should just give everyone a chance.
Neutral, I technically joined forums on December 27th because I couldn't post until then and I applied before I month has passed that date. So if we had this suggestion put in place say 3 months ago. I wouldn't be a mod :0
No support. Just because someone is new to forums doesn't mean they don't have a chance. Not many noticed now, but I posted my Mod Application pretty much the day I joined forums, and look where I am now. Even now, I'm still just a member. And in all honesty, I wasn't the most active person ever. No one knew me ;) Everyone has a chance : )
