Don't slate the staff team, that isn't "changing" your attitude, that's the same old you.
You stay the staff team is bad? What exactly are you going to bring to the table that is so much better than what they are currently doing?
The position basically comes with a side-order of being hated on. Immaturity within the community will make this non-stop, but that's why we need MATURE staff members that are able to handle it.

Again, I'm going to ask you the completely honest question of: Is this a serious application? I'm startled that if you believe you are going to be accepted with your current attitude towards people, mainly the staff team, then you are currently standing on your own. If the staff team don't want you, because you are rude to them and belittle them, basically putting them down even though they are trying, then hopefully you understand that something with you needs to change. I'm personally aware that you are capable of changing your ways. I know that if you truly tried, you would succeed. You are strong, in that sense. However, if you are not going to try, then realistically, this application isn't worth being open as of now.

 

Well, honestly then I'm unsure what else I can put forward in attempt for you to understand if you are serious about re-gaining this position. I guess try harder and good luck.
