How do people add the cool borders and words into there threads

Are you talking about the gifs some people put in their threads?

 

i cant put in pictures

 

Signatures sometimes they look like borders if they go like

If not, sometimes word document has borders and people copy it

 

Usually they are images or HTML.

I go on google and search up the style I want,
then I click view image, right click and copy image address,
then go on the forums and click the picture URL prefix at the top,
then paste
