When I got on later, he was on. So I assume longer than 24 hours has passed? A donation rank can take up to 24 hours to go through, so if he did purchase it I'd like to wait until the 24 hours are up before punishing him.
Perhaps. But I already knew he was going to scam me. At first, the player that got blackmailed, she told me about it and I wanted to see if it was true; that he IS a scammer and will deny ever making a deal that he was going to buy me the rank. I did ask him about it, and he said "What?" and "I did?" just like what he did with the player who got scammed. But thank you for taking my report in consideration. Thanks Max.
