SA Kritz__'s Moderator Application.

*How old are you?* I am a mature 13 year old male.

*What is your in-game name?* My in game name is Kritz__.

*What time zone are you from?* I am from the EU, and I am us sure of my time zone, however I will do some research after I post this to correct my dumbness xD

*What country do you live in?* I live proudly in England.

*What languages do you speak?*speak fluent French and a little German, however using my general knowledge I have decided to take my French GCSE course over German, as I have a more fluent division of understanding in French.

*Are you able to record hackers ect?* (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) I own many recording softwares of high quality, and I am very quick in the spot for hackers, if any of you know my background and almost my growth of my knowledge you would know, that I own a 111 subscriber channel of which I catch and exploit glitches and hackers, I take dealing with issues seriously. And another hacker banned in my eye, is another happy player, so I work to my very extent to ban hackers, because hackers a people with no dignity and no skill, so I will target my frustration at these people and use my knowledge to keep Mineverse Hacker free.

*Why do you think you should become a moderator?*I should be moderator on Mineverse for many reasons of which I will state, number 1!

1. I am a VERY experienced young man with commands, I know when to mute a player, when to ban a player, and when to simply help a player. I come from a very positive background of which will forever fortune my future as it the people who helped me grow have also helped me strive for this opportunity.

2. I am a very pleasing person, and I will help anyone in need, no matter race, religion, beliefs anything, ANYONE I can help out is someone I will be there for. I am a person who would feel someone Else's pain if needed, and I will take a knee to anyone who is in need, I have a VERY effective skill when being a staff member, because of my kindness and general love to all players I am able to step into their shoes and understand the problem from both or multiple ends of the issue. I have very high aims for shaping myself as a mature trustable person, as a take all of these skills into my real life.

3. I have a VERY keen and sneaky eye for hackers, I am able to catch Ghost client-ers and just general hackers, I am at a very high and advanced position thank you to my previous staff positions I am able to apply this skill in many different techniques. Also for all Experienced members of Mineverse ready my application Boy or Girl, I promise to you I will strive out of my path to satisfy your needs, and I will leave you with the satisfaction of a solved situation. Like I have mentioned I take staff positions VERY seriously and I do not mess about.

*How long can you play everyday?* If I am granted this position and this oportunity that I strive for I will be on EVERY single day without fail, like I have said I have high aims and I know other staff members have high expectations, as I have been in the situation myself of which having to choose someone. Therefore overall I will be able to play for 2 to 3 solid hours everyday.
*How long have you been playing on Mineverse* am without fail most definitely NOT a new player, I have visited and love Mineverse many continues times in my minecraft career and each time I have visited my knowledge and generally staff knowledge has leaped and I am finally at my standards, but don't worry I am always looking for improvements.

*Have you ever been banned before?*Never and I do not plan to be.

What are you previous experiences of being staff/moderator rank?
I have been altogether staff over 20 different times varieting from small populated servers to large and experienced servers, I am no FOOL when it comes down to moderating a sever just recently I got promoted to Head Staff on a server, but my future is in Mineverse and I am willing to drop my position.

General staff knowledge:

A player is cussing at another member: The rule for cussing is very simple, a player gets 3 chances, If the player doesn't stop after several and 3 formal warnings, I will use ./mute (Name) 10m Reason: Cool down period, please do not disrespect other players. I would do this because I would give the player a little cool down as I see it to calm and settle his/hers anger.

I catch a player with hacks: Hacking is a very easy and sharp punishment, if a player is to choose to hack they will recieve a ban regarding them giving a disadvantage against over members, HOWEVER the ban will only be carried on if I have RECORDED or I am GIVEN high standard and clear proof of the player hacking. Proof is vital when it comes down to banning a player, and I have learnt to keep early precautions at state.

A player is threatening to DDOS: DDOS-ing is a very series offence, and in most cases, if a player is to DDOS and I am able to recieve clear and raw proof the player will end in an IP ban.

You log on and there is a huge Economy breaking glitch, and there are no other staff members online, how would you act and solve the situation?
I would FIRMLY and strictly inform all players abusing the glitch that they will be banned if caught using it, I would send quick sharp and formal PM's to higher members of staff and request immediate assistance, and I would, stand on guard untill a higher candidate of staff can take other the situation.

You log onto Kitpvp and there are two members of the community cussing and hurling abuse at one and the other, how would you react and solve the situation?
My first reaction would be to calm the situation, I would mute both players, and then piece by piece I would retrieve both accounts of the outburst and work out the situation, before I make a descision and create punishments for both the players which concludes in both of them in agreement.
