      Ever sense the update happend every time I try to put on my cape it says Failed to update your cape. Contact an admin! And also it won't let me use my pets anymore... So if there's anything you can do to fix this please fix it thanks...

      The pet issue is common, i believe they disabled pets because of issues with Pet Hiding on PvP Game modes. The cape problem i can not help you with tho. What you would need to do is email [email protected] With these screenshots, your IGN and the cape/capes it won't work. IF you lie to them, saying you have bought all 4 capes, which you only bought one, they can check the logs and you could be punished. I hope this helped. Nitro~

      Tagging the Owners wont work. You should tag a developer. @TannerLittle
      Also, mailing to the owners would work, they will answer after a few days.

      Everyone experiences the pet issue, not entirely sure what the point in disabling it was.
      The capes problem is also common now, so just be patient until they find a fix :)

      You just need to wait some hours, after minimum 5hours, it might arrive.

      Email [email protected] with your in-game name, the problem, and proof of the purchase of the cape. Comment on your email every week so it stays on top of the support email queue, and they will try to reply ASAP.
      The pet issue is really annoying, and the only thing we can do is wait until it gets fixed.

      Sorry for your encounter, This is common as said Nitro. Email the owners and they should fix your problem. Hope it gets resolved!

      Hi, ToastyStrafe1! So first off the cape problem is being experienced by lots of members, this problem is slowly being fixed but a majority of users have the cape working again for them. If you still don't have the cape working make sure to email [email protected] Though you will be told the same, "The problem is currently being worked on." Mineverse is getting in touch with the plugin creator to work out the problem and try to solve this as, "SOON AS POSSIBLE."

      Not only can you not see your cape but many can't remove the cape that others bought for them when they dont want this these two issues must be fixed.
