Hello MV Staff. I have an issue with the capes in lobby at the moment. when I change my skin, sometimes I have to get my Optifine cape on and fix the issue, But also sometimes doesn't work. When it doesn't work I kinda get angry sometimes because I always have to go on the Optifine website and Activate My Optifine cape everytime a change. So I'm asking to get rid of the capes (Off my account) that I brought from your shop. (If passible)

There's no button saying untoggle cape?

 

Goto the main mineverse lobby (/hub) and do /capes and click your cape and it should just disable

 

Yeh... But I have a feeling it doesn't tho... :/

 

Because my skin that I just put on doesn't show up most of the time...

It's fine

 

The reason your skin doesn't show up is because the plugin didn't update yet, The plugin updates every 4Hours so if you change your skin you will have to wait 4Hours to get it in-game.

 

I have waited 4 hours it's just not showing up at all... But thanks Deivid0ze

 

Email [email protected] with proof of the purchased cape/capes. They should get back to you within 3 days approximately. If they don't within that time, bump the email. Keep doing that every 3 days in till responded. I hope this helped. :D
